If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Website.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Services Description
Our Website provides the following services: custom CSS design services, CSS templates, UI components, and web design consultation services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Website and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
As a condition of your use of our Website, you warrant that you will not:
- Use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website

5. Payments & Refund Policy
For our CSS design services, payment is required as follows:
- Custom CSS Projects: 50% deposit required to begin work, with remaining balance due upon completion
- CSS Templates: Full payment required before download access is granted
- Subscription Services: Billed monthly/annually in advance
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.
We use secure payment processors including M-Pesa, Stripe, and PayPal to process all transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have specific refund policies based on the type of purchase:

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@cssdesignpro.co.ke with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, service not delivered, or critical technical issues we cannot resolve.
Note: All refunds are processed in Kenyan Shillings. International customers may see slight variations in refund amounts due to currency exchange rates and fluctuations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CSS Design Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CSS Design Pro.
For custom CSS projects, clients receive usage rights to the code we create for their specific project but may not resell or redistribute our code as templates or products.
For template purchases, you receive a license to use the code in your projects but may not resell or redistribute the templates.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Website is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that a) the Website will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the Website will meet your requirements.
While we strive to create CSS code that works across all modern browsers and devices, we cannot guarantee perfect compatibility with every possible browser/device combination.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CSS Design Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website.
Our total maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
Note: We encourage you to contact us directly at legal@cssdesignpro.co.ke to attempt to resolve any disputes before pursuing formal legal action. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
